Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Iris, an AI answering service for missed calls provided by PT Solutions ("we", "us") at iris.pt-solutions.tech. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Iris answers calls forwarded to your dedicated number, greets callers according to your configuration, collects their name and request, sends you a summary on WhatsApp and a thank-you message to the caller, and shows your call history in a dashboard.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. One account operates one agent. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscription and billing

The Starter plan costs €29 per month and includes 100 answered minutes per billing period, billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

When the included minutes are used up, Iris stops answering new calls until the next billing period starts. Unused minutes do not roll over.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. The service continues until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use Iris for unlawful purposes, harassment, deception about your identity, or in ways that interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or fail to pay.

Your callers

Iris introduces itself as an assistant and does not pretend to be human. Where the law requires it, you are responsible for informing your callers that an AI assistant answers your calls and processes their requests.

For your callers' personal data, you are the data controller and we are your processor — see the Privacy Policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Availability and changes

We operate Iris with care but provide it without a guaranteed service level. Calls can fail for reasons outside our control (carriers, networks, third-party providers). We may improve or change features; we will announce material changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost business from missed calls during outages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and any disputes belong to the courts of the Czech Republic. If a provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
